About Sharon McCary
In 2004 I began my real estate career. My first two transactions were a short sale and a foreclosure. This was at a time when most agents would not bother with either type of transaction. Now days short sales and foreclosures are common practices. However, in the last two years, most of the homes I have sold were homes were not distressed (pre-foreclosure, short sale, foreclosure) sales.
My strengths are my ability to negotiate the best possible terms for my clients and think outside of the box. I regularly attend continuing education classes to stay informed on changes in the real estate market that affect my clients. My goal is to exceed your expectations and make your experience with buying or selling a home as stress-free as possible.
